A focus on effectiveness
Managers often sense that in areas of their business there is potential for improving performance and results, but they lack a clear picture of the size and nature of that potential.
The diagnostic analysis gives your managers this clarity. In our experience, from over 250 implementation projects, the potential for improving results through greater efficiency levels is often far greater than you would think.
With this potential demonstrated, ANPRO can then assist in the design and implementation of the solutions and projects required to deliver sustainable performance improvements.
We use an integrated approach, which clearly highlights opportunities to develop:
- People (e.g. motivation, skills, management effectiveness)
- Systems (e.g. planning, control, problem solving, reporting)
- Processes (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, product development )
- Organisation (e.g. structure, objectives, effectiveness, culture)
