Create a Project Approach to "Bridge the Gap" establishment and agreement of an approach and headline strategy for project success communication of the vision agree project goals and objectives 4. Implementation Planning Development of a robust and feasible project plan for implementation: targets and milestones methodology and approach deliverables timetable resources and organisation budget and cash-flow Analysis Profile: Analysis exercises vary, but a typical analysis process requires: approximately 3-4 weeks anything from 3+ consultants time commitment, openness and focus from client management. results of steps 1 & 2 are presented after 2-3 weeks implementation plan completed after 3-4 weeks |
