Anpro’s Productivity and Outsourcing Survey 2005

This revealing survey examines the impact of productivity and outsourcing on the competitiveness of Danish Manufacturing Firms, addressing questions such as:

  • Do organisations have a realistic perception of their competitive strength?

  • Is it possible to improve productivity under current conditions?

  • What would it take to improve productivity?

  • How can a focus on productivity affect competitive strength?

  • How can outsourcing affect competitive strength?

Over 100 companies have participated in the survey and expert analysis is provided by Professor John Keldsen of Aarhus School of Business and Kurt Weis Christensen of the Confederation of Danish Industries (Northern Region).  Further analysis has also been provided by Dr Thomas Johnsen from Bath University’s Centre for Research in Strategic Purchasing & Supply (http://www.bath.ac.uk/crisps).
